Legacy Restoration South West Limited is a successful restoration company based in Cornwall that has renovated historical, Grade I and II listed structures in Cornwall since 2000. A National Trust and Construction Line certified restoration company that uses traditional methods to preserve our historical buildings and sites.
We make extensive use of traditional materials to keep our architectural heritage alive, such as using lime from Cornish Lime in Bodmin, and Heritage Cobb and Lime in Devon. We collaborate closely with a team of architects and structural engineers that have worked with us for many years and with our local design team.
We may deliver bespoke services like lime pointing and rendering, lath and plaster ceilings/walls, or complete restorations as a primary contractor. Alternatively, we may work as a subcontractor to your main contractor if desired.
We are SSIP accredited and SMAS accredited. And our plumbers are Gas safe and Oftec-certified to suit all of your plumbing needs. We can also assist you with fire and flood damage repairs for a variety of properties, not just historical buildings.
